Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Charges

• Orders below ₹500: Flat shipping charge of ₹60
• Orders ₹500 and above: FREE shipping

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–7 business days
• Other locations across India: 5–10 business days
• International orders: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at jumblejoy3@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly. In case of a confirmed lost shipment, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. JumbleJoy is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at jumblejoy3@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product immediately upon receipt and email them to jumblejoy3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.
